This page is a first draft for our own team to review — not a finished legal document, and not legal advice. It will be checked and confirmed before launch.
Shipping & Delivery

Coverage
We currently deliver to every governorate in Egypt — there is no region we don't reach.
Delivery fees
The fee depends on your governorate and how many items are in your order, and is shown before you confirm your order. Above a certain order total, delivery is free.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are packed and handed to a courier by our team once payment is confirmed and the order is approved. You'll receive a tracking number and a tracking link the moment your order ships, and can check its status any time without needing to log in.
