You may request a return within the period required by Egyptian consumer protection law for online purchases, counted from the day your order is delivered.
Condition of the kit
To qualify for a return, a kit should be unused and in its original packaging, with all included parts. A kit that has clearly been assembled or damaged may not be eligible.

How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are sent back the same way you paid — Vodafone Cash or Instapay — once the returned kit reaches us.
