This policy explains what information Evoria Tronics collects when you order a kit or use the tutorial platform, and how it's used. It's a draft pending legal review, not a finished policy.
Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, mobile number (and a separate WhatsApp number if you give one), governorate and shipping address, your email if you choose to add it, plus the payment receipt screenshot you upload. If your order is approved, we also create a customer account from that same information, with your mobile number as the username.
How we use it
We use your information to process and ship your order, to verify your payment, to create and manage your account, and to contact you about your order and account over WhatsApp — including sending your account sign-in details.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our ads. Nothing loads until you accept the cookie banner, and you can decline it entirely.
Sharing your information
We don't sell your information. It's shared only with the services that make the site work — such as our hosting, database and courier partners — and, if you consent, with Meta and Google for analytics.
Accounts and children
Customer accounts are created for the adult who places the order, using the details from their order — not by the child using the kit. Lesson progress in the tutorial platform is tied to that account.
